Coach Ken Gregory

Team Intensity Founder

DMV 17U Girls Head Coach

9th Grade Boys Head Coach

I emphasize a work harder, play smarter mentality. I develop a defense wins championships mindset, and we believe that playing great defense and doing the little things other players don't do builds confidence which molds great all-around players.  My daily motto is” Every day I am a better me” and my player motto is:  “Hard work beats natural skill when natural skill doesn't work hard.” I am the coach that will come in and immediately feel and see a change in the love of the game and the talent pool there is to choose from.

My goal is to successfully manage the various individual personalities and skill sets of a program to build a growing competitive attitude and team chemistry that will guide them in their lives and careers on and off the court by educating and inspiring students through unity and camaraderie.

Coach Kevin Lewis

13/14U Boys Coordinator

Born in Midwest City, Oklahoma, athletics has always been an essential piece of Kevin’s life.
From American football at age 6 to European football at age 9 and competing in the DODDS
European Basketball Championships at the age of 13, this would only be the beginning of his
journey into multiple sports. His love for athletics continued in high school, where he excelled in
track and field, earning the state champion title in the long jump and a track and field
scholarship to McPherson College and then Division II Eastern New Mexico University.
During college, he leveraged his sports background to further his dedication to improving the
biomechanics of athletes; as well as, health & fitness of the general population. His initiatives
include teaching group and individual sessions across all ages and skill sets with the goal of
raising awareness on living a healthy lifestyle and obtaining a fundamental comprehension of
exercise techniques. This culminated in a degree in health and physical education; in which he
earned while staying active in various sports, and perfecting his craft as a personal trainer
through participating in mentorship and obtaining nationally accredited certifications.
Upon graduating in 2014, he moved to the Washington. D.C. area and has trained a wide range
of athletes (basketball, football, soccer, tennis, track & field, volleyball) and non-athletes. He has
continued to expand his skills including physical therapy sessions and team sports training.
Kevin has achieved great personal benchmarks and physical milestones for his clientele. Most
importantly he strives to enhance the abilities of himself and the individuals that he works with.
